We're back to our weekly rewatch! I hope everyone had an excellent holiday. This week's episode is the conclusion to our mid-season finale: The Eye! The Genii are in control of Atlantis, Elizabeth and Rodney are hostages, and John alone in the fight against the intruders, since Teyla, Ford, and Carson are trapped on the mainland. A pretty intense episode.

I'm postponing the new episode for a week because of Christmas. This is a good chance for people who have fallen behind to catch up, if you have the time and inclination :)

This week's episode is the first half of the mid-season finale! The Storm is the episode that officially hooked me on SGA. Atlantis must be evacuated as a giant storm approaches and efforts to save the city make its corridors dangerous. As if that were not enough, the Genii seize an opportunity...

This week's episode is Poisoning The Well! Atlantis is introduced to a planet working toward making humans immune to wraith feedings. Elizabeth struggles with an ethical dilemma, and Carson must face the consequences of helping a group of people more focused on results than safety. This week's episode is Childhood's End! The team visits a planet filled with nothing but children and young adults, and provides an interesting look at how various cultures deal with life under the threat of the wraith. As always, feel free to leave comments and interact with others :)

The next episode in our series rewatch is 1.05, Suspicion! Tensions rise between the people of Earth and the Athosians as suspicions of a spy on Atlantis puts everyone on edge. We've seen some culture clash in the previous episode, and it all comes to a head.
