How about a mini love fest for all of those things we love about Stargate Atlantis and never got to squee enough about?

Zelenka's Still. Sure it's fanon but damn, I wanted to see it.

Ancient toaster. Surely they made toast? Bagels? Seriously, without toast you might as well ascend. I know Rodney would agree. :)

Umm. More daily life and hobbies, laundry and knitting and book-reading clubs (I'd have loved that in a wacky-hijinks SGA format, as opposed to the nightmarish grind of SGU survival).

More Ford, more replicator!Team, more Genii as opponents and (reluctant) allies. And I'd have loved to see Atlantis open its doors to Pegasus locals, maybe as a university, trading knowledge and opening the way for cultural exchange.

Hah! I did have plans along those lines for the Cabin universe, I just haven't done it. It's only logical, though, they SHOULD have done it. :-)

That could have actually worked for a sixth season. After all, with the Pegasus Coalition wanting Atlantis getting involved more in Pegasus business (or keeping entirely out of it) this could have been one of the directions to go. :-)

That's one of the reasons why I like independent!Atlantis stories so much.
