Yes, that was the only planet from the list they visited on-screen. I wonder why because four other possible ZPM planets would have meant four episodes with a reason to visit planets they had otherwise no reason to visit.
What I mean is: why let the team visit a planet that has e. g. poor survival-conditions? No reason for this - except Elizabeth's list. What I mean is, they could have really utilized that list to create openings for visiting worlds they wouldn't have had a reason to visit otherwise.
I think they gave away interesting possibilities by not following up that list. :-)
But back to this episode.
Another thing I noticed and liked: John talking to Elizabeth about how it must be difficult to look your own mortality into the face.
I never doubted that John has sometimes pretty insightful thoughts and has generally very strong feelings but it's seldom that he actually puts those in words and talks about it. This was one of those rare moments.

I agree. TPTB let a lot of threads dangle in this series. I think one of the other gate addresses was for the kid planet in Childhood's End but that still leaves three other places to visit, three other chances to find a ZPM and a way home. The least they could have done was to reference that list later on: Trinity would have been a good place, as well as The Tower.
Re: John. Yes, this is one of those rare moments for him to actually allow us to see the depth of his character. While I wish the writers had given him more of these moments, that would have altered his character significantly and I rather like the John Sheppard we have. Kudos to Joe Flanigan for doing so much with him with so few words.
