I don't think I've ever seen his flag shoulder-patch as clearly as in this photo. It's clearly the Czech Republic flag (formerly Czechoslovakian), but the red seems darker than a true red? Maybe it's just the cap....

The lighting in this scene was a little muddy over on Rodney, Radek, and Elizabeth's side of the table for some reason. I had to lighten the cap and add some contrast so that may have darkened the reds a bit. Sorry.

Oh no, nothing to apologize for! Just, like I said, I'd never really seen Radek's flag patch clearly enough to notice it before, so I briefly wondered if TPTB really intended it to look not-quite-Czech-Republic....
