You deceived us, lied to us, threatened to leave us to the Wraith, held half my team hostage, and basically blackmailed us into this. Now, you wanna sneak on board a Wraith hiveship for a little espionage, but you're pissed off, you've trained for this but have no actual combat experience, you're scared out of your tiny little minds, you barely have a Plan A, and no Plan B. Yeah, Operation Overreach is a go.

My first thought at this cap was - is Colm Meany really that tall? The second was, well, I guess they're just going to have to trust each other. ;)

I just watched this episode for research purposes and had forgotten how many choice one-liners there were. Peter DeLuise was the writer on this ep and you can really tell. God, Peter, where do you go??

Speaking of Colm Meany - he did a fine Cowan. He's so good at the smug condescension. The Genii were such good foils and bad guys that were sometimes good guys... I really liked the Genii. Especially, Ladon Radim, but then that's a whole 'nother story. ;)

I got a kick out of the Genii, especially Cowen. As you said, they made excellent foils for the Lanteans. It's sad they were always at such cross-purposes with each other but they did manage to work together when it counted.

He just should never have taken that promotion from transporter chief. He can't handle the pressure.

I thought the Genii (out of the bottle - I wonder if they meant that?) made great foils for the humans - the best and the brightest from their respective galaxies, each of them never having considered that they might not be the head humans in charge.
