I love the myth of Atlantis, one of my favorite stories from childhood, in addition to being a scifi fan from birth. When I heard the storyline for SGA, I was in heaven; I loved Stargate and I loved the myth. I thought it was going to be really great...little did I know it would become my favorite scifi show. Grew up with Star Trek, Star Wars, etc. Still love SGA the best.

I wish the producers had done more with Atlantis. I love sentient Atlantis; I have included her in several stories. However, mine converses with Sheppard and no one else; she's sweet and I think she likes him. So what's not to like???? Richard Dean Anderson once called the stargate, the best prop ever. I think Atlantis tops it...

Beautiful pic, mekagan. I've never seen her look so pale...all the buildings looked brand new. Nice rendering or model. Wouldn't you love to be travel on her? I'd go in a heartbeat!

Exactly so with me as well. I couldn't wait for the new spin-off to start. Squee? You know it. Squee like a big squeeeing thing.

I never expected to be so drawn in so tightly or to love it so hard.
