I love to pieces that it's Rodney that shows the Jumpers to John. He didn't go to Elizabeth and brag about his idea first, and he didn't send John off with the scientists that first discovered them. No, this is a moment he wanted to share with John.
And then the little ship lights up for John in welcome, just like Atlantis. Oh my heart. While we're on the subject, John and Ford in the jumper as she grants John's wishes is priceless. The display, the life signs detector, everything but the turkey sandwich…. Ford, for all he's young must have seen a number of interesting things at the SGC because he just rolls with it.
The Wraith are creepy and scary. For me, the Keeper, for all of her alien elegance is the creepiest one, hands down. And I'm including all five seasons. *shudder*
Poor, brave Sumner. I quite liked him by the time it was almost too late to matter. We know he gave the nod to John to kill him. The Keeper was going to do that anyway, so I have to believe he knew he was close to giving up the coordinates to Earth. *shudders again*
And now they have friends in the galaxy. John's painfully reluctant to touch foreheads with Teyla which turns out to be oddly endearing. Oh Flanigan, I love your acting choices so hard. ♥
It's not much longer before our team comes together. Wheee!
